All our Stretchers, Transfer Trolleys and EMS Equipment are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment. Within this period we will supply parts for repair or replacement which are covered under manufacturers defect.
This limited warranty is valid only when the product has been properly installed according to Ascend Global Inc. specifications, used in a normal manner and serviced according to factory recommendations.
It does not cover failures due to damage which occurs in shipments or failures which result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration, misapplication or damage that may be attributable to acts of God. Ascend Global Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the equipment. Shipping charges are not covered by this limited warranty. The sale shall be deemed made in Chennai, TN.
All claims for warranty must first be approved by Ascend Global Inc. Service Department. A valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from us prior to commencement of any service
If an equipment is proven defective, AGI reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the purchase price at its discretion. This is dealt case by case. In no event, shall AGI be liable for more than the purchase cost of the equipment.
This Limited Warranty is not transferable or assignable in any manner. Except for the above limited warranty, no other warranty is expressed or implied by Ascend Global Inc.
Any damages during transportation, should be taken up directly with the transport company.
